Born from a simple observation

The most meaningful gender-equality research often stays within policy circles — never reaching the women who need it most. There's a gap between what is known and what actually changes.

Irada was founded by an engineer and a policy researcher with direct ties to India's Prime Minister's Office. We translate institutional knowledge into practical tools that help women move forward — with clarity, confidence, and community.

The word Irada draws from the Sanskrit Sankalpa — the sacred vow to act with purpose. We believe intention, when matched with the right support, becomes unstoppable action.

Co-Founder
Mechanical Engineering student at RMIT University, Melbourne. Brings an engineering systems mindset to social impact — building the operational and strategic infrastructure that makes Irada scalable and sustainable. Currently also serving as Lab Manager at RMIT's UAV Research Team.
